She is the daughter of Geraldine Napangardi Granites and the granddaughter of renowned artist Alma Nungarrayi Granites. Since 2010, Athena has painted at Warlukurlangu Artists, where she learned by watching her mother, sisters, and grandmother. She paints Jukurrpa stor
