Rare NWOT (New without tags) Anthropologie "Windward Halter Dress" by Postmark is made from a thick and sturdy cotton with a wrap-style sweetheart neckline, self tie halter straps, pleating at the waist, smocked elastic panels on the sides for a snug fit, lined bodice, and an invisible back zip and hook closure. The adorable all over nautical print is red and white sailboats on a navy background with a design along the bottom hem of ship's wheels and anchors on a white background with red and white rope trim. Side pockets too! Cotton/spandex blend with a cotton lining. New without tags and never worn. Rare and hard to find! Size 6.
