NWOT (New without tags) Modcloth "Make the Upgrade Kiltie Fringe Set" in Basil are dark green faux-suede fringe shoe accessories that can be tied in with your laces on your favorite pair of loafers, oxfords, or other lace-up shoes. A cute and quirky way to add extra style to any outfit! Faux suede and very soft, and they're the same on either side. New without tags and never used. Each one measures a little over 4.5" long x 3.5" at the widest point.
