Rare Anthropologie "Tethered Dress" by Hi There from Karen Walker is navy blue with short sleeves, pleating at the waist, adorable collar detail, invisible back zip and hook closure, banded waist, and a pretty all over print of bows and dots in bright green and white. Silky polyester. Excellent pre-owned condition with no signs of wear or damage. Rare and hard to find! Size 6.
