Moss benefits: provides 92/102 of your vital minerals that the body consist of. Cleanse heavy metals INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Rinse the moss2. Strain the water3. Repeat4. Soak in lemon or lime juice with a few dabs of cinnamon and ginger.5. Let soak for at least 8 hours. You don’t have to put it in the fridge unless you soak it for more than 24 hours6. Strain the water it was soaking in. 7. Boil a lil bit of water (just enough to be level with the sea moss, not over the sea moss so it won’t be watery)8. Turn water off then add sea moss to where it fills up the water completely and over saturated it.9. Let sit for 25 minutes at least(won’t hurt to do it longer if you please)10. Put in high powered blender for about 2 minutes11. Pour and let cool before putting in the fridge
