Custom NY Logo EVA grip for Ultralight blank, including butt cap. Specs:Back grip: 9". ID = 12mm > 9mm, you need to put a diamond wrap of masking tape most likely on the bottom 4" of the blank so that the EVA fits snug like a cork ring. I purposely overream my grips so that they are easy to install and do not split upon installation or years of fishing.Front grip: 1" ID 8mmI sanded these to fit with a DPS 16 seat. There is a small green arbor on the back of the grip, install the grip so this is flush with the end of the blank. THen you can glue the butt cap on that, I've sanded it as best I can for a smooth transition and similar OD, but it is not 100% perfect. Just use a tiny amount of epoxy to glue the butt cap on, it's a snug fit so a little goes a long way, you do not want the epoxy to spooge or volcano out of the seam, literally wet the green arbor and wipe off any excess, and wet the inside of the butt cap with as little epoxy as possible.
