Thin sliced  fresh lemon peels and turn them into swirled candy, with a sprinkle of more lemon zest, and then the pièces de résistance, a pillow of crunchy hand made Lemon Pavlova! All whole gluten free cheesecakes are Soy Free!  No soy lecithin,  we use Sunflower.  GLUTEN FREE IS HERE! Yes, 100% Gluten Free Cheesecake plus a 100% Gluten Free Graham Cracker "flavored" Crust made without graham whole wheat flour! How did we do it? Our Cheesecake Batter is made without products containing gluten, but everyone also wants a delicious crust, so we worked on a recipe for our own baked graham cracker "tasting" crust.
