At B&E’s Trees we craft pure, organic maple syrup on our Off-Grid Wisconsin farm. Through collaboration with Central Waters Brewing Co. we age our syrup for a year in bourbon barrels, imparting smoky vanilla tones of the charred White Oak. The maple soaked barrels then return to the brewery to Age their renowned maple barrel stout! Enjoy!
