This family-friendly sound bath invites you to unwind and re-center through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Bring your coziest blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel at ease as you settle in for a peaceful hour of relaxation. The experience will begin with some gentle breathing exercises and a guided story meditation, allowing you and your kiddos to ease into the experience before closing your eyes and being carried away by the healing sounds. Perfect for all ages, this sound bath offers a peaceful moment of shared relaxation and connection.*All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets are per person.
