GEL STAIN & TOP COAT 946ML

Our brush on Gel Stain and Topcoat is a one step finish, excellent for surfaces in rough shape to hide imperfections with minimal prep work required. Add colour and protection in one step. It is NOT a wipe-on, wipe-off, product like our SFO which is a penetrating stain with a topcoat built-in. Use a natural bristle brush or a roller to apply. Dries to the touch in approximately 4 hours and can be re-coated at that time (always test for tackiness before recoating, if still tacky wait another couple hours and reassess). This product has a thicker gel-like consistency – each colour varies. When stirred it becomes less viscous. It has a long open time and is a self-leveling product. One Coat looks like a stain. Subsequent coats become more opaque, except for Patina which will remain transparent as it contains no pigment.
