This product is the perfect choice for caviar bumps and pairs beautifully with any brut Champagne. Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, commonly known as Russian Sturgeon or “Osetra,” live in coastal areas and prefer sandy beds and mudflats. They feed on small fish, mollusks and crustaceans, and reproduce in rivers from May until June.
