WHOA, finally! There is a mailer that reduces heat transfer! When you order this  pack, the contents of this pack  will be used to pack your order. Your anhydrous products will be wrapped in padding to prevent breakage, then placed inside the thermal envelope inside a shipping envelope or box depending how many items you ordered and sealed. Cold pack shipping is suggested during the Spring/Summer months as certain products are more susceptible to melting during transit. Cold pack shipping is our way to try and prevent your anhydrous items from melting and making a mess. HOWEVER, THIS OPTION HELPS TO COMBAT MELTING BY ADDING AN EXTRA LAYER OF PROTECTION.  BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT MELT The items that generally ship with cold packs are salves, balms and body butters because they are receptive to melting during transit. Keep in mind that if the product melts, the appearance may be altered but not the performance of the product.
