Bird Lover Gift: Male Mallard Duck Photo

Bird Photography: This male mallard duck was swimming at the local river access. As much as I enjoy nature, I am used to having my husband around me. Unfortunately, on this day, Conor didn’t want to join me. This day changed my life forever. I wanted to take photos so bad that I got brave enough to go alone that day. I wanted to try my new camouflage outfit. I hide behind a massive trunk and in between some willows. The birds never saw me. I witnessed a morning in the life of this male mallard duck and his mate and like five different species of birds. I was photographing birds like crazy. In the end, I was so happy that I went.
