I was inspired to paint this during the 2020 pandemic when I saw people coming together and cooperating during one of the most difficult times in recent history. I still hold a firm belief that we need to come together despite our differences and cooperate to build each other up and to rise up as communities. This painting is called “the age of Aquarius” it symbolizes a planet being handed from one astrological sign to another. Working in tandem to lift each other up.
