The fabric is the star of this beautiful and easy to wear dress! I believe it is from the 1970's, and it is the prettiest shade of blue with overall white stylized flowers. This dress style is cool and breezy, with a swishy a-line skirt and cap sleeves. The boduce is cut on the bias, with bust darts and an elastic waist.
