The Minuteman Bulk Beef Package

SOLD OUT for 2024. Next available beef shares will be early 2025.  Bulk ranch Raised Beef. Grass developed, grain finished. The Minuteman Beef Package will have the following cuts (certain cuts dependent on whole or half beef selection): 2 Roasts Round Steaks 1.5" Filet Mignon Steaks 1" New York Strip Steaks 1" Sirloin Steaks 1" Ribeye Steaks Flank Steak (Fajita Meat) Hamburger Patties (1/3 lb.) Chili Meat Stew Meat Ground Beef (packaged in 1lb. packages) Soup Bone Beef will come frozen and in vacuum sealed packaging. While dependent on the weight of the steer, you can expect to receive approximately 450-500 pounds of beef for a whole beef and 225 to 275 for a half beef. Beef will be aged for approximately 21 to 28 days to ensure superior quality beef. Deposit required to reserve your order ($425.00 for Half, $850.00 for Whole).
