Kokedama is the Japanese art in which a plant's roots are bound within a layer of moss. It is a fun twist on keeping a houseplant without the need for pottery. In this 30-60 minute class you will be instructed on using a 4" Hoya to make your very own hanging or sitting kokedama. In addition to instruction, you will be provided with the following materials: 4" Hoya Wayetii Variegated (can be upgraded to alternate Hoya for additional cost) Plating soil Dried Moss Twine Aftercare instructions An employee will be stationed near the front of our retail space 30 minutes prior to class start to check in guests and give any additional instruction.  At 3PM you will be escorted to our workshop space. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class time.
