This Namiki Emperor urushi lacquered fountain pen was created by maki-e artisans (kokkokai) in Japan. The Namiki Emperor Goldfish fountain pen pays homage to this symbol of wealth, fortune, and good luck in Japanese culture.  This fountain pen has a 18k gold nib in the massive #50 size. The large capacity barrel fills with ink via eyedropper, and the pen comes packaged in a wooden box with a bottle of ink.
