Kanchanjangha Estate Shangri-La Organic Nepal Wulong Tea

Kanchanjangha Estate Shangri-La is an organic wulong tea from the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal. This family-run garden was established in 1984 in the Panchthar District at an elevation between 4,500 and 6,000 feet. It is located in a pristine environment with a subtropical climate that is ideal for producing high quality, hand-crafted teas. After harvest, these leaves have been mid-oxidized about 40%-55% and then dried in a natural, un-worked form. The delicately twisted leaves unfurl to yield a rich, smooth and balanced, medium-bodied infusion with biscuity, fruity, and hay notes and a delicate sweet spice.
