Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) China White Tea

Yin Zhen is the original white tea from Fuding County in the Fujian Province of China. This tea is hand-crafted from the local Da Bai cultivar and is comprised of a pure bud pluck. The long, thin, tender young buds are delicately processed in order to preserve the white down with which they are covered, hence this tea's other name - Silver Needle. The beautiful, slender buds yield a pale-colored, light-bodied infusion with a wonderfully clean, fresh aroma and a delicate, sweet taste. Tea is priced and sold by the ounce.  Minimum purchase of 2 ounces.
