Sao Jorge 7 months

From the best that the Island of São Jorge has to offer, we have created for centuries a distinct matured cheese, with a semi-hard paste. The São Jorge PDO Cheese Aged 7 months is a product with a strong, clean and spicy aroma, obtained from raw cow's milk, salt and rennet. It is a cheese that can be savoured on a cheese board accompanied by an intense wine, so that there is a balance of flavours.
