Make a mistake? We understand that accidents can happen during the installation process, even as professionals we ruin entire pieces of film. To ensure peace of mind and a stress-free experience, we offer an Install Insurance Policy for our paint protection film kits. By purchasing installation insurance at the time of your order, you'll be able to order replacement pieces at a 40% discount   Here's how it works: Purchase Install Insurance: When ordering your PPF kit, make sure to include Install Insurance with your order   Report Damaged Pieces: If you accidentally damage a section of the film during installation, contact our customer support team with the following information: Order number Description of the damaged piece(s) Photos of the damaged film, if possible Replacement Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information and verify your Install Insurance coverage. Once confirmed, we will process the replacement pieces at cost and ship them to you as soon as possible. Please note the following terms and conditions for our Install Insurance Policy: Install Insurance must be purchased at the time of ordering the PPF kit. Install Insurance covers replacement pieces for the specific kit you purchased at our cost, and does not cover any additional shipping or handling fees. Install Insurance applies only to damages that occur during the installation process and does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear after installation. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the original PPF kit. We reserve the right to limit the number of replacement pieces provided under the Install Insurance Policy if we suspect the process is being abused.
