Pioneer Valley Gourmet Peach Pina Colada Jelly

What in the world is peach pina colada jelly? It's a mixture of peach juice, pineapple juice, and coconut extract.  It's sweetened with sugar but no artificial colors, preservatives, and no corn syrup. What does it look like? Like a glassy pool of shimmering amber. You can see through it. It's pretty. What does this jam taste like? Well, like nothing you've ever tasted. The peach, of course, is sweet and clear.
