Western Cracked Wheat Cereal--large 2 lb
This makes terrific breakfast cereal! This will take you back to your grandmother's kitchen--a replacement for the Zoom, Cream of Wheat, or Ralston cereal she used to make. Cook it plain or fancy it up with raisins, cranberries, pineapple, or more. It's a healthy breakfast to get your family going. It's also great for breads and muffins. This is the best cracked wheat we have found for baking. It's what we use in our bread mixes. It's a finer grind than most, and so it cooks up softer.
