Wagyu Strip Denver Steak

The Wagyu  Strip Denver Steak is prized for its rich marbling and robust flavor. This lesser-known cut from the Wagyu chuck delivers a bold taste that’s perfectly enhanced with just salt and pepper.  To prepare, generously season the Denver steak with salt and pepper on all sides. Grill over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes per side to reach a medium doneness, with a succulent, pink center. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve immediately.  Approximately 3/4 lb per steak
