do you want the long story or the short story? let's go with the long story. it's always a rare treat when a true antique starburst band from the US comes along and this one is especially wonderful because it isn't a teeny tiny size and structurally it doesn't show much wear. unbelievably, it was recently rescued from a scrap pile, but because of its time in the scrap pile and its design it has lost all of its original stones once the ring it made its way to us we took on the project of finding stones that would fit perfectly in the settings, but because of how shallow the settings are the stones are held in place with jeweler's epoxy, not prongs. solid 10k rosy yellow gold, unmarked for karat, hallmarked for the maker, which is typical for true victorian gold pieces + natural turquoise M E A S U R E M E N T S  size 7, but may fit smaller because of the width of the band 6mm at widest tapering to ~2.6mm at the base of the band rises ~2.05mm off the finger at the center stone weighs 1.6
