Crude Bitters 'Pooter' Smoke & Salt Bitters - 118mL Bottle

 Made locally in Raleigh, NC Crude Bitters & Sodas is owned and operated by our friends Craig and Lindsay. This husband-and-wife team have been hand crafting cocktail bitters and shrub syrup concentrates since 2012. Everything is done in small batches from organic ingredients with no glycerin, chemicals, or dyes and only glass pots or wood barrels are used for the storage and aging of their products. The 'Pooter' bitters might be the most versatile in the Crude lineup. Made with lapsing soughing tea and sea salt - there is a distinctly smoky flavor with aromas of hardwood smoke and a faint spice.
