Ridge 'Three Valleys' Red Blend 2023

Most of their lineup are single vineyard wines, however ‘Three Valleys’ is sourced from ten different vineyard sites throughout Sonoma. Great care and intention goes into selecting the fruit, which is hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast. Matured for 12 months in new and used American oak barrels, this is a full-bodied, firmly structured wine with aromas of ripe raspberry and blackberry that are backed by notes of dark chocolate, black pepper, and anise.  PAIRING: ESPRESSO RUBBED BEEF TENDERLOIN
