Publisher's original brown cloth with pictorial label pasted to front cover; pp. (viii), 242 with seven color plates and numerous in-text black and white illustrations. A very good or better copy. Binding remains tight and sturdy, light shelfwear to boards with a small chip to the front cover illustration. Frontispiece plate loose, a few scattered minor stains, else internally quite clean and nice.
