There is fungus amongus. And sheesh, is it good. Our Italian Porcini & Herbs sea salt is an intensely aromatic blend of coarse dried and ground sun-dried porcini mushrooms, onions, garlic, and herbs.Just a little sprinkle will magically elevate practically any red meat - think steak and hamburgers, halibut, chicken, risottos, etc. Each glass jar is filled with 3 oz of sea salt. Makes for a wonderful gift.
