Spinach Florentine

This is a 1 pot or instapot wonder that fills your taste buds with this classic pairing. Its so simple and delicious, it is sure to be one of your family/framliy favorites. Directions: In a large sauce pan, combine the spice pack and rice with 6 cups of water. Add 1.5 pounds of cooked chicken or a 2 cans of chicken breast. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes (12 minutes in an instapot). You can substitute 2 pounds of your favorite  cooked ground meat for a added twist. Hey  parmesan lovers, a sprinkle or four of parmesan cheese is a flavorful addition!!
