Warranty Repair

I'm so sorry you have lost some crystals! But don't worry we have a plan!  Each boot purchase from Ruby Sparkles includes a Care Kit as well as instructions on how to maintain the integrity of the boots for long term keep. In this kit was color specific crystals to your boots in case they ever need repair and I no longer have access to said matching colors. You can use e6000 as needed to replace various lost crystals over time yourself, or if you would like my professional reapplication then the Warranty Repair (20 crystals or less) would be an option as well. ***FREE WARRANTY only good for 1 year from date of purchase. There after fees may apply. Please remember to Include your care kit that was with your boots at time of purchase when sending the boots to me for repair, so you are not charged any additional Crystal charges.  You will receive an email confirmation for your repair order.
