German Imperial Child’s Sword***STILL AVAILABLE***
German Imperial Child’s Sword-This is one of the more unusual items we have come across. This is a sword for a child and measures 25 inches (63.5 cm) long. The hilt is a brass standard variety with pommel, backstrap, "D" guard and cross guard. This “D” guard is either a variation or has been bent. The hilt is equipped with a gray colored sharkskin grip that has a brass twisted wire. This sharkskin covering is in great condition with all of the grain in place. The scabbard has a plain shiny steel finish. It is equipped with two hanging bands and rings. There are a couple of small dings at the lower area but this is in very good condition. The blade measures 19 ½ inches (49.53cm) in length and has a blunted tip, as it was designed for children's play. The blade is just slightly curved. It is double-etched with a small centralized floral motif. The blade is marked with the WKC Knight’s head logo. This comes with a tiny gold flat wire knot.
