German WWII 13th Waffen Mountain Division of the SS "Handschar" Collar Tab-Sound example of this 13. Waffen-Gebirgs-Division der SS, Kroat. Nr.1 Divisional tab, with its distinctive scimitar-wielding hand and mobile swastika, both are machine embroidered in silvery grey thread on the soft napped black wool/felt tab face.
