WWII German Sleeve Shield for Russian Liberation Army-This was the largest of all of the “volunteer” groups in the German Wehrmacht. This machine woven version depicts the outline in red of a shield with a blue “X” inside over a white backing. The letters “POA” appear in gold above the shield. This is over a green background. Great condition!
