This is for the medium size 4-space seed starting cells as seen in the picture; Seed pack is for size perspective.  Each full insert is made of 12 units of 4 cells/spaces. You get 48 (12x4) planting spaces per full insert. You get 1 full insert in this package. That is enough to seed start 48 plants (4 cells/spaces x 12 units).  Each cell measures 2.38" x 1.50" x 2.26" There are holes in the bottom of each cell so you can water from the bottom.
