The Sage Smudging and Ceremony Collection The Sage Smudging and Ceremony Collection is a grouping of four sages (the stones in the photograph are not included in collection).  This collection includes: Desert Sage: This sage cleanses and disperses negative energy when burned, and helps to bring us into harmony with nature. This sage is often used in prayer or ceremony for close connection to spirit. Desert sage covers much of the high desert and plains areas of the Western United States. Harmonizing. Cleansing. Energizing.  Blue Sage: This sage is burned to disperse negative energy and is said to have protective properties. Found growing from western North American to Central America, blue sage produces violet-blue flowers, for which it is named. Soothing. Refreshing. Relaxing. Clearing.  Black Sage: This sage promotes a positive environment which is conductive to deep meditation and restful self care. Black sage is native to the coastal ranges of California and Baja.
