We also believe in world peace; as such, we’re fairly certain The Brooklyn Bomber, formerly known as "The Crack Cake" will help settle debates, make you the life of the party, and possibly get you out of a parking ticket (that last theory is untested, FYI). To ensure the maximum “Holy crap, that’s delicious!” effect, three layers of luscious-but-not-too-sweet smoked, salted caramel are sandwiched between three layers of rich, dark chocolate bourbon cake, and enrobed in divine chocolate ganache. We know – it’s TOO much! (No, it isn’t.) Pro tip: pace yourselves with this one: deep breathing and dynamic stretching is recommended, because this cake is single-bite addictive!
