Fresh Chorizo & Oaxaca Sausage (Limited Release)

We're throwing it back to the good days with this flavor. This Chorizo and Oaxaca cheese sausage was a staple for my website awhile back. This sausage is full of flavor from the Dark Rich blend of chili peppers with the creamy Oaxaca cheese throughout.  These sausages will also be packaged like the old days. I wanted to bring back that feeling of that "small butcher shop" once again. So for the newer people, that means these will be wrapped in white freezer paper like I used to do! Each pack contains 3 sausages.
