Comes with the optional Scroll Gingerbread Style Roof design. **Décor pieces used in photos not included. The file includes THE HOUSE FILE ONLY. Display window measure 10.5" wide x 13.5" tall x 2.25" deep for the inside of the shelf. Depending on what material you use, the depth of the entire project is between 2.5" to 3". ***Recommend 1/4" for this project*** But can be cut with 1/8" wood. The interchangeable sign front works with the Seasonal Truck/Sign insert Tailgate piece - sold separately.
