Just Add Cream Premium Scone Mix is a delicious base mix that allows you to create any flavor scone in just minutes. Choose your Inclusions; Berries, chocolate, nuts, cheeses, meats, or spices. Then, Just Add Cream!  Each 25 lb box makes approximately 250 scones. Heavy cream is preferred. Vegan cream can be used, however, you will not use as much liquid.
