Herkimer Diamonds are exceptionally clear, double-terminated quartz crystals found exclusively in Herkimer County, New York. Despite their name, they are not actual diamonds but got the nickname due to their stunning clarity, natural faceting, and brilliant sparkle. Naturally Double-Terminated – Unlike most quartz, which grows attached to a matrix and is broken off, Herkimer Diamonds naturally form with points on both ends, making them powerful conduits for energy. Exceptional Clarity & Luster – These quartz crystals can be water-clear or contain fascinating inclusions such as black carbon, rainbow fractures, or even ancient water bubbles (enhydros).
