Yield per hank is roughly 150 lbs. of meat North American Grade A Natural Casings (for smoking and fresh sausages)  35-38mm roughly 1 1/2 inch All natural casings are edible DIRECTIONS: These natural casings are packaged in salt. Before use, rinse in fresh water. It is not necessary to rinse the inside of the casings. Soaking overnight in fresh water will improve yield. Leftover casings may be re-salted and stored in freezer for at least a year.
