This 5lb batch of zesty pepperoni seasoning is a perfect way to add a unique flavor to your favorite pizza topping.  Fast Mixture Cure is included. Ingredients:  Salt, Corn Syrup Solids (35.37%), Hydrolyzed Milk, Protein, Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Sodium Phosphate, Spices, MSG, Garlic Powder, and less than 1% Vegetable Oil added to prevent caking.
