Make fresh sausage with our Poultry Seasoning and your choice of Veg-a-Bind or no binder for a loosely held sausage. Suggestion ~ Stuff in bologna casings, bake to 165°F, cool, and cut in ½" slices for delicious chicken or turkey patties - heat or fry both sides until golden brown.
