Add a bold and nuanced smoky flavor to your sausage with this Smoked Polish Sausage Seasoning. Elevate your menu with the delicious taste of Polish Sausage. This seasoning is easy to use and does not require any additional binders. Includes a packet of Fast Mixture Cure. INGREDIENTS: Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Hydrolyzed Milk, Protein, Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Sodium Phosphate, Spices, MSG, Garlic Powder, and less than 1% Vegetable Oil added to prevent caking. Net Wt. 22.7oz. Allergens:  Milk, MSG MEAT RATIO:  Sausages are usually 100% pork. But adding beef or wild game will yield a leaner product. 50% beef or wild game along with 50% pork is a suggestion. Mix to desired ratio is also an option.  Directions:  Grind once through 1/2" plate and once through 1/8" plate.  For a more course sausage use a 3/8" plate for a finish grind. MIXING Pour package of seasoning and packet of cure into a food tote. Add the amount of water stated on seasoning label and mix to dissolve the seasoning.
