This Pickling Spice is a blend of whole spices and is artfully hand mixed with rich, premium spices we know grandma would be proud of.  Hand blended with crumbled bay leaves, yellow mustard seeds, black peppercorns, white peppercorns, allspice berries, dill seeds and celery seeds.Pickling Spices are a wonderful blend of currently popular "in" flavors and depending on the blend you'll typically find some combination of -allspice, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, chile peppers, cloves, ginger, mace, mustard seed and pepper. As with any regional blend you'll find that the exact recipe varies from family to family. When using pickling spice it is best to wrap them in cheesecloth or a small sachet and cook them with the pickling mixture.
