Sip & Holiday Bark Making

This special holiday event has you sipping wine while having fun with chocolate!  Our friends from PRP Wine will join us to provide you with tastings of 3 different wines in between your chocolate learning. This hands-on chocolate bark making class is a little different as well. Listen as owner Robin Ciordia shares insights into the world of chocolate—from plant to pod, chips to tempering—and how to work with it to create your own culinary delights. The main event? Tasting delicious samples and crafting your own bark. Choose from a wide variety of flavorful ingredients and toppings to personalize your chocolate creation. We’re going to give these a holiday spin, letting you choose from a number of our hand made products you wouldn’t usually get. Think peppermint candies, marshmallows, gingerbread, maybe even some pieces of our famous toffee!
