Wow your guests at this year's holiday party!  Tender, succulent, juicy and delicious. This dish isn't what most people think of when the imagine turkey. It's an update and twist on an old tradition! A whole turkey is marinated overnight in imported Jamaican jerk seasonings and then slow roasted. The jerk seasonings give the turkey a subtle, yet complex flavor. This dish is presented hand sliced, with a combination of white and dark meat. We suggest that you serve with pigeon peas & rice or macaroni pie. Tray size contains approximately 20 servings.
