Barolo DOCG 2019, Carlin de Paolo

Barolo  - One of the best wines in the World Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo, Piemonte. Average age of the vines: 30-40 years. Color: garnet red with brick-red nuances. Aroma: intense, complex with sensations of cherry, mint, violet and jams.Taste: severe and austere, powerful, sound; tasty with harmonic tannins; warm and full-flavoured with dominate features of violet and withered rose.Alcohol: 14%.   Maturing: in 30-50 hectolitre French oak barrels for at least 2 years. In bottle for 1 year. Food-Wine Coupling: suitable for the most complex and elaborated dishes of the international cooking, this wine confers prestige to the table. Perfect also as meditation wine. Serving temperature: 18°C in stem glassed for full-body red wines. Open the bottle at least two hours before serving
